Remote NextGen Access

Access GVHC NextGen EHR/EPM remotely using Citrix Receiver:

  1. Connection must be outside the GVHC network, e.g. from home, hospital, etc.
  2. Require GVHC Network (Windows) account and a NextGen account. Contact IT Department for assistance.
  3. Logon to GVHC’s Citrix Netscalar Gateway using your Network credentials.
  4. When prompted, Install the Citrix Receiver Web Plug-in. Required to install once per computer.
  5. Launch a GVHC published NextGen application for remote access.
Virtual Private Network (VPN) Access

Access GVHC Network via VPN:

  1. Connection must be outside the GVHC network, e.g. from home, hospital, etc.
  2. Require GVHC Network (Windows) account. Contact IT Department for assistance.
  3. Log on to GVHC’s GlobalProtect Portal using your Network Credentials.
  4. Download and install appropriate version of GlobalProtect Agent for your computer. Required to install once per computer.
  5. Launch GlobalProtect Agent on your computer. When prompted, enter gp.gvhc.org for portal address. Enter your GVHC Network username and password for credentials.
