Golden Valley Health Centers Wellness on Wheels is a mobile health services program that will meet people where they are. Whether in busy urban neighborhoods, small rural towns or directly to farmworkers, we aim to bridge barriers faced by patients who may struggle with, transportation, work schedules or geographic isolation. Equipped with two private exam rooms and the same team-based care model offered at our health care clinic locations, this new mobile unit will allow us to provide preventative checkups, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, vaccines, care gap screenings and more.
