Family medicine providers at Golden Valley Health Centers offer comprehensive health and medical services to people of all ages, from newborns to geriatric adults and everyone in between. We love taking care of our patients!
FAMILY MEDICINE SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Complete physical exams for all ages
- Preventative medical care for children and adults
- Treatment of acute health conditions such as cough, colds, sprains and strains
- Treatment of chronic health conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes and Asthma
- Referral to in house Behavioral Health for stress, anxiety, and depression
- On site Laboratory services including some in office testing
- Referral for Diagnostic testing
- On site Health Education for smoking cessation, Diabetes and pregnancy
