The Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) in conjunction with the CMO is responsible for assuring the establishment and oversight of cost effective, high quality health care services throughout GVHC.  The ACMO will provide both direct service (patient care) as well as administrative responsibilities.  Working as a collaborative partner with the CMO, the ACMO will provide analysis and recommendations to improve the communication, clinical operations and clinical quality across the organization.  The ACMO will also represent GVHC and/or the CMO in special programs and projects as needed.

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions to support the accounting department.  This includes processing, recording, reviewing, and reconciling of financial transactions in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards.  Responsible also includes verifying and depositing of all monies received by all Golden Valley Health Centers sites and ensuring accurately and timely processing and posting of all deposits and adjustments into the accounting systems.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills to make connections and build relationships with the target patient/client base. The CHW works collaboratively with other departments at GVHC as well as other community-based agencies with the purpose making the critical linkages to health information and services for community members. As an advocate for community health the CHW also works to educate the general public on the services available at GVHC and eligibility requirements. The CHW is involved in direct recruitment of participants for their specific project, monitoring their progress through the program and reporting to the Heatlh Education and Outreach Director and funding sources on program outcomes.neral supervision of the Community Health Outreach Manager, the Community Health Outreach Supervisor will work in a team environment on various projects and assignments, and will supervise and support all Community Health Worker (CHW) staff.

HR Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Analytics:
  • Utilizes the University’s HRIS software to create, analyze, develop, own, and optimize existing HR reports that drive towards meaningful business results.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
  • Assists in development of standardized and custom-scope reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Plays a pivotal role in designing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of campus-wide HR initiatives, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing data into recommendations.
  • Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS tables. Document process and results.
  • Process Development:
  • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
  • Serves as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
  • Uses project management skills in managing projects.
  • Collaborates with key organizational resources and outsourced development teams to ensure the business needs of HR are met.
  • Provides support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
  • Participates in user group meetings/conferences.

Duties include updating and posting job vacancies, processing and screening applicants, act as liaison for recruitment agency contracts, maintaining on going communication with providers, knowledge of HPSA score, play an integral role in all immigration matters and preparing related reports for tracking purposes.  Receives candidate information and initiates contact to assure candidate interest in GVHC.
