The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Team for Golden Valley Health Centers.  Under the direct supervision of the Senior Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant’s duties include administrative and project based work, assists in answering administration calls, type’s documents, and supports the Executive Team. Administrative Assistant should project a professional image through personal and phone interaction.

The Back Office Supervisor I is responsible for supervising all back office direct and indirect patient care activities related to efficient patient flow and positive customer relations for their designated sites.  This responsibility includes working collaboratively with the Center Manager to ensure patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, improving the health status of patients, and a safe, culturally sensitive, aesthetically appropriate environment of care.

Data Analyst provides data management and analysis services to the GVHC Senior Leadership team and the organization.   Analyst helps determine data collection points and develops and shares various reports needed within Golden Valley Health Centers and outside agencies; reviews data flow and process, develops and automates or streamlines various reports; creates a centralized repository for information needs

The Patient Account Representative position is responsible for the daily preparation and the actual keying of information into the computer, which will be accumulated and printed out as the monthly accounts receivables for all patients.  The Patient Account Representative is under the direct supervision of the Patient Accounting Supervisor.

The Staff Accountant is a professional accountant responsible for performing a full range of accounting skills in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards.  This includes preparing financial statements, journal entries, financial data analysis, and general ledger and bank account reconciliations.  It also includes compiling, billing, and maintaining various grants.  Handling and maintaining the fixed asset system.  In addition, creating and maintaining periodic reports/analyses for internal and external uses. Assists with management of GVHC’s 340B Drug Program as well as participating in annual audit and budgeting process.

The Student & Resident Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management duties of medical students, preceptors, proctorships, shadowing and all residency/fellowship programs that GVHC may be affiliated with or currently running.
