As a member of the healthcare team, the primary goal of the BSW/Case Manager is to work with patients, families & caregivers to positively affect health outcomes by improving quality of life and maintaining patients’ independence. The focus of the BSW/Case Manager is to work in collaboration with the healthcare treatment team to assist with managing assigned patient caseloads. Using a patient centered approach and effective communication the BSW/Case Manager will assist patients and their families/caregivers with managing patients’ medical and behavioral health symptoms and help meet the psychosocial/environmental needs of the patients and their families.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the effective and efficient management and administration of Golden Valley Health Centers. Works in collaboration with Executive and Senior Leadership team to develop/review and implement operational improvements, which emphasize cost containment and high quality patient care. Provides leadership and direction to all health center locations and departments, with direct responsibility for the following areas: Quality Improvement, Facilities Management, and Operations.

The Corporate Compliance and Risk Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, oversight and evaluation of an integrated risk management program and compliance program for GVHC and will oversee the management of insurance coverage’s for the organization.  This position will serve as Corporate Counsel and be responsible for providing legal review of documents and providing counsel as needed.

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is primarily responsible for politely greeting patients, data entry into the practice management and other data systems; and monitoring various statistical and informational reports. Responsible for the training of clinical information systems that assist clinicians and staff in the delivery of patient care.  Participates as a member of the EHR Steering Committee in representing the needs and requirements of the physician community and serves as an advocate of management in promoting the use of information technology in the clinical setting. The Finance Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the myriad of deliverables by corresponding and scheduling meetings and work progress. This includes establishing and maintaining timelines for grant applications and grant reporting as well as monitoring grant budgets. Keeping track of all important documents and dates including; UDS, OSHPD, Sites, Corporate documents, Tax returns, Financials as well as other documents. Maintaining and tracking Settlement and Retro payments as well as rate changes from the State of California. Completing basic Accounting entries and reports as well as Finance reports.

The HIT Analyst will be responsible for Clinical Information Systems training to assist clinicians and staff in the delivery of quality patient care, troubleshooting, implementation, and testing plans. The HIT Analyst will manage the communications, expectations and deliverables between NextGen support, and any third party NextGen vendors in support of GVHC systems. This role operates in close coordination with the EHR Training Manager, HIT Project Manager, Project Lead, and the IT Help Desk.

This includes administration, bidding processes, negotiations and renegotiations, renewals, extensions, terminations, reviewing and filing of contracts. The Staff Accountant is responsible for billing various grants, performing general ledger account and bank statement reconciliation, preparing journal entries and financial statements, creating and maintaining periodic reporting, maintaining fixed asset system, assisting with annual budgeting, compiling grant applications and expenditures reporting, preparing statistical and financial reports for creditors and agencies, maintaining records retention, and assisting the Chief Financial Officer in preparation of miscellaneous confidential correspondence.
