The Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) in conjunction with the CMO is responsible for assuring the establishment and oversight of cost effective, high quality health care services throughout GVHC.  The ACMO will provide both direct service (patient care) as well as administrative responsibilities.  Working as a collaborative partner with the CMO, the ACMO will provide analysis and recommendations to improve the communication, clinical operations and clinical quality across the organization.  The ACMO will also represent GVHC and/or the CMO in special programs and projects as needed.

Behavioral Health Clinician’s will provide direct services to patients both through the integrated model as well as the specialty mental health model. The BHC will also assist in the management of the GVHC Behavioral Health Program, including supervising other BHC’s as delegated by the Clinical Director of behavioral Health Services.  The BHC may work at multiple GVHC sites.

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Analytics:
  • Utilizes the University’s HRIS software to create, analyze, develop, own, and optimize existing HR reports that drive towards meaningful business results.
  • Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
  • Assists in development of standardized and custom-scope reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Plays a pivotal role in designing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of campus-wide HR initiatives, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and synthesizing data into recommendations.
  • Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS tables. Document process and results.
  • Process Development:
  • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
  • Serves as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
  • Uses project management skills in managing projects.
  • Collaborates with key organizational resources and outsourced development teams to ensure the business needs of HR are met.
  • Provides support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
  • Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
