Golden Valley Health Centers (GVHC) is proud to announce the reopening of its Le Grand Clinic following an extensive renovation project completed over the past year. Located at 13151 Jefferson Street, Le Grand, CA 95333, the clinic will continue its longstanding mission of providing high-quality, accessible healthcare services to residents throughout the community.
For more than 20 years, the Le Grand Clinic has served local families and individuals by delivering essential primary healthcare services close to home. The newly renovated facility reflects GVHC’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to quality care and investing in the health and well-being of rural communities across California’s Central Valley.
The clinic serves as an important healthcare resource for the community, averaging more than 800 patient visits each month. Renovations included significant interior and exterior improvements, enhanced ADA accessibility features, upgraded patient care spaces, and expanded clinical capacity with more than 10 exam rooms designed to better meet the growing needs of patients and families.
